GTA 6 Trailer 3 Leak: Rockstar Employee Reportedly Made a Big Mistake
Intro
The GTA 6 Trailer 3 leak has recently sparked discussion among fans, with claims that a Rockstar employee accidentally published trailer-related content on the official Rockstar website for a short time. Screenshots reportedly appeared online before the content was removed.
However, there is currently no official confirmation from Rockstar Games that GTA 6 Trailer 3 was accidentally released or that a new trailer is coming within the next few days. The screenshots and claims circulating online should therefore be treated as unverified until Rockstar officially confirms them.
If the leak turns out to be genuine, it could give fans clues about what Rockstar may show in Trailer 3, including new gameplay, characters, or locations. For now, though, there is no confirmed Trailer 3 release date.
Rockstar Employee Accidentally Published GTA 6 Trailer 3
According to the report, around two days before this discussion, a Rockstar employee accidentally made Trailer 3 public on the official website. The mistake was fixed very quickly before anyone could actually watch or download the trailer. However, people were still able to capture screenshots of the website before the page was removed. These screenshots quickly spread across the GTA community because of the excitement.
GTA 6 Trailer 3 Leak Screenshots Spread Across the GTA Community
The screenshots were shared rapidly online. On the official GTA 6 website, visitors could still see all 60 gameplay screenshots that Rockstar released when pre-orders went live on June 25. Below those screenshots, the website also includes GTA 6 Trailer 1 and Trailer 2 for anyone visiting the page to pre-order the game. For a short period of time, Trailer 3 reportedly appeared publicly on the website before Rockstar removed it.
Nobody Was Able to Watch the GTA 6 Trailer 3
Although the trailer briefly appeared on the website, nobody was able to download it or watch the actual footage before Rockstar fixed the mistake. This suggests that Rockstar employees are already working on adding Trailer 3 to the website’s backend so it can be watched directly from the official site once it officially releases. The GTA 6 Trailer 3 leak did not reveal the trailer itself or even its thumbnail.
GTA 6 Trailer 3 Could Focus More on Gameplay
Based on the information discussed, Trailer 3 is expected to focus more on gameplay instead of Jason and Lucia’s background story, which was the main focus of the first two trailers.
Rockstar Website Was Recently Updated
Another interesting point is that Rockstar recently updated the official GTA 6 website. The company reportedly rebuilt the backend of the website and removed the long-running pre-order banner that had been displayed since pre-orders launched on June 25. At first, this might not seem important because websites are updated regularly. However, after the recent GTA 6 Trailer 3 leak, these website changes have gained much more attention.
The accidental appearance of Trailer 3 text on the website suggests that Rockstar is actively preparing the website for the trailer’s official release.
